Located in the heart of Milan, the nineteenth-century Palazzo Ricordi has a surface of 5000 sqm and is intended for commercial and office use. The project consisted of a careful architectural, utility and technological restoration which conserved the external façade while internal spaces were re-arranged according to new functional needs and rules to obtain the “LEED Gold” certification.
