Sacca Sessola is one of the largest islands of the Venetian Lagoon. A refined recovery intervention transformed the island into a luxury resort with a total area of 32,000 sqm that hosts 206 rooms, a conference centre, spa, indoor and outdoor pools, restaurants and bars, a marina house and a heliport. The intervention included the construction of a new water channel, the rearrangement of green areas and the renovation of a small church.
