The new real estate development situated in the financial district of Milan, close to Milano Centrale railway station, consists in demolishing and rebuilding a 1960s building. The new 18.000 sqm building will be characterized by a 800 sqm garden with tall trees and a glazed volume on top with 360° view on the city. The project stands out for its high architectural value and aims at excellence through the use of top quality materials and the adoption of the most advanced environmental sustainability criteria.
