Part of a larger redevelopment project for disused ‘Magneti Marelli’ industrial area in Sesto San Giovanni, the Business Centre is an office building complex consisting of three volumes, each of 10,000 square meters, two underground parking level and green areas.
Design, functionality, flexibility, sustainability, respect for the environment and energy saving were the principles that guided the project.
