Located in a beautiful park in Arenzano, the 18^th century Villa Figoli subjected various modification through the course of time, such as extensions and additions. Recently acquired by the Municipality of Arenzano, now is the seat of the Italian Merchant Marine Academy. The restoration project adapts the building to the new use, with a conservative intervention on façades and internal spaces.
