The Project Manager is a key figure to be involved
from the early stages of project development to fully understand the client’s needs and expectations, in order to better define the criteria and processes required to meet them. In this regard, the Project Manager acts as a trusted advisor to the client, capable of working across multiple areas, not just on a single initiative, almost becoming a strategic partner for the investor and contributing to the proper and coordinated planning and implementation of business strategies.
