ST MICROELECTRONICS INDUSTRIAL SITE

Molteni is part of a project team led by Redesco Progetti Srl (Consorzio Maestrale), supporting the Client in the execution of complex civil works within the extensive industrial site in Agrate (350,000 sqm).

Since 2022, the construction&maintenance works within the industrial site regarded the complete refurbishment of buildings or building sections, replacement of systems, and the implementation of seismic retrofitting works.

Molteni provides Project Management services during the Detailed Design and Construction Management including also Site Supervision (Direzione Lavori), with responsibilities comprising multidisciplinary coordination, accurate scheduling, and ensuring compliance with the defined timelines throughout execution.
