MOLTENI operates in civil and infrastructural engineering and specialises in Project Management services for the construction of large and complex buildings.
Giovanni Molteni
Giovanni Molteni graduated in Civil Environmental Engineering in 2004, at “Politecnico di Milano”. The following year he obtained his Masters in “Structural works for the Environment” at “Scuola F.lli Pesenti” of “Politecnico di Milano” and enrolled at the Engineers Registry of Como – n. 2432A. In 2007 he became Safety Coordinator for temporary and mobile construction sites as per Legislative Decree 81/08, as amended.
From 2004 to 2012 he cooperated with F&M Ingegneria S.p.A. as Project Manager, Site Supervisor and H&S Coordinator Assistant of complex projects, both in the private and public sectors, from contract negotiations through to completion.
In 2013 he began working with Milan Ingegneria S.r.l., being in charge of the operational coordination and general management of the Company. In this context he was also responsible for Design Management, Construction Management, Site Supervision, and Health & Safety Coordination of prestigious civil and infrastructural projects in hospitality, business, commercial and production sectors.
In 2018 he founded MOLTENI – Building Engineering Management, which specializes in Project and Safety Management of complex buildings.
