The logistic platform, completed in 2021, is located in Spilamberto close to Modena. It consists in a single block building of 30,000 sqm, with a 15,000 sqm mezzanine hosting 10,000 sqm of robotics and automation equipment and 2,000 sqm of office spaces. It features photovoltaic panels on the roof, refill stations for electric trucks and a rainwater recovery system. The platform is certified BREEAM Excellent.
