LUXURY BRAND OFFICES

As part of the renovation project for the new offices of a Luxury Brand at Palazzo Broggi, Via San Protaso in Milan, Molteni has been supporting the Client in managing technical aspects. In this context, Molteni provided site monitoring services during the execution of interventions.

Additionally Molteni conducted a review of the completeness and consistency of the available project documentation, the verification of as-built drawings and their alignment with the actual installations, as well as the collection and control of technical data sheets and compliance declarations for key materials, components, and systems.
Currently Molteni is supporting Client with Facility Management activities.
